While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update this web site as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this web site.

All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.

Vintages Change

Vintages may change at the Wine Merchant's discretion subject to availability.


The information displayed on this web site, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement.

When you send an order by means of the On-line store for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the products and/or services selected. We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order may be accepted by us by means of an e-mail with  signature (not computer generated email) confirming the order sent to the e-mail address supplied with the order.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, prior to the order being shipped. A contract or agreement for the products and/or services selected shall only be formed once our confirmation message is correctly sent to the address of your electronic mailbox on your Internet access provider's server. It is your responsibility to verify that your mailbox is in proper working order and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

No orders shall be accepted if received from persons under the age of 18.


We accept payment by American Express Centurion, Platinum and Platinum Reserve Credit Cards only.

Local Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled during normal business hours 10am - 3pm. All reasonable efforts will be made to comply with any special delivery requests but performance cannot be guaranteed.

Some products are directly from the supplier and as such takes time to reach Singapore. If you are ordering this as part of mixed case, or single bottle it will mean your complete order is only deliverable when these particular wines are in Singapore which will be for delivery on Saturday week. To clarify any delivery options our operations will contact you on the next working day from your order.

Saturday deliveries are available upon request, though timing is dependent upon the number of deliveries scheduled for any given Saturday.

For guaranteed delivery timing and deliveries after normal business hours a charge of S$20 per order will be assessed.

If for any reason, goods are returned as undeliverable, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.

Overseas Delivery

Platinum Wine Club currently does not deliver overseas. However, you may wish to contact your respective concierge for overseas delivery options.


Returns will only be accepted if the products received do not match the description provided or are defective. Please obtain a Return Authorization Form from our Customer Service Team prior to returning any products.


You can cancel orders up to the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service Team by email to cancel the order. Cancellation charges will apply including admin fees and service fees from credit card administrators. Any points given on the purchase will be reversed.


If you have a suggestion or complaint about our service, please let us know in writing. All complaints will be acknowledged within five working days. We will seek to resolve all complaints within 14 days and will keep you advised as to what is happening throughout the resolution process.
