Tasting Notes
Surprisingly sweet and enveloping the palate, though it is a young cask strength! At this stage, the palate is generous, full of nicely wooded notes, vanilla, some honeyed notes in the background and then it develops a complex fruitiness: Citrus fruit, more precise and numerous fruity notes, such as citrus, orange peel, quince, some candied fruit, and maybe also some exotic fruit juice. All these notes are then melted together in a lovely manner that will take off with some water. Enchanting!
