Tasting Notes
Hawkes Bay is famous for many things but Sav Blanc is not one of them and for good reason, it is too hot. But if you take this grape and make it like a French Loire we are talking a very different story. This wine made me lose my poker face last year and babble on about how good it is, how refreshingly different it is and just how well made it is. Aged on French oak this wine really is something to taste and admire.
